The Location

Prestons Grove is located within the mature community of Prestons, just 6km from The southwest centre of Liverpool, Sydney’s third largest CBD. Edmondson Park railway station is a 7 minute drive from the project. A new multi-storey car park with 1,250 parking spaces has been opened next to the station, while a larger car park is under construction with more than 700 Spaces, making it much easier for commuters in the surrounding area, including the Prestons. From Edmondson Park, you can take direct trains to Liverpool, Cabramatta, Parramatta and other places.

It takes about 45 minutes to reach the central CBD of Sydney. More exciting news is that the planned extension of the train line to the west will allow Sydney’s second airport, due to be completed in 2026, to be just two train stops away. The government has invested more than $5.3 billion in the airport, which will support 80,000 jobs in the surrounding area, so Prestons’ property rental market has the potential to grow in value. In addition, the project is close to the entrance of M5 and M7 highways, which is an important traffic stronghold connecting Sydney’s second airport and Liverpool, the third largest CBD in Sydney.

It is easily accessible by car, about 40 minutes to the centre of Sydney.
